Mariann Gibbon has a degree in Media Education and used to work as a Project Manager for an international internet company and as an online editor as well as proofreader for a football magazine. She is now a research assistant at HFF, Film and Television University in Potsdam in the third party funded project PRIME (PRoduction- and Projection-Techniques for Immersive MEdia)  with emphasis on the impact of stereo 3D content in Family Entertainment on children and their perception of it.
