INSIGHT OUT / HFF Academy supports filmmakers with gaining creative freedom. Artistic means of digital production tools are discussed by presenting current film projects and releasing pulses for new ways of realising concepts of story telling. Technologies are reviewed with regard to their aesthetic and narrative perspective, potentials and restrictions.

INSIGHT OUT provides participants with a sound knowledge on digital production methods. When it comes to their next project, participants should be able to make a confident decision about the workflow best suitable for their needs. This decision should be based on a broad understanding of the financial, technical, workflow and aesthetical issues involved.
